Fee structure
Direct Placements
- CMS will invoice clients 20%-25% of the hired candidate's first year's salary. We extend a 3-month guarantee except in the case of a layoff due to work shortage or job discontinuance.
Consulting Mark-Ups
- CMS' placements consist largely of specialized contractors who work for our clients. 50% of our business is generating suitable contractors for both short and long term assignments. Our consultant structure is customized to meet your company's budget restraints.
